… to the website of John Szwakob III, lecturer of Computer Science at SUNY Polytechnic Insitute, programmer, hiker, and artificial intelligence researcher. I teach introduction to intermediate programming courses, as well as ones on my area of expertise, artificial intelligence and machine learning. My master’s thesis was on eliciting personalities in large language models, and I continue to research various sub-fields in AI.

This site is meant to be a sort of landing page for me generally. It hosts my professional information, links to my public learning materials (WIP), projects I am working on, and the occasional blog post on topics that interest me or I think would benefit being brought to light.
